STUDIO
All classes are held at Empowered Body Pilates (EBP) in downtown Los, Altos, CA.  EBP is owned and managed by Nicole Grand, A former San Francisco Ballet dancer and Power Pilates of New York Teacher Trainer.


EQUIPMENT
Empowered Body is a Classical Pilates studio (one of the few)  in Northern California and is  fully-equipped with the finest Pilates machinery available in the industry. - your body will feel the difference! Using the proper equipment is directly correlated to performing the exercises correctly and achieving the desired benefits of the Pilates Method.

As Joseph Pilates said "I invented all these machines, began back in Germany, was there until 1925, used to exercise rheumatic patients and I thought, why use my strength? So I made a machine to do it for me; look you see it resists your movements in just the right way so those inner muscle really have to work against it.  That way you can concentrate on the movement."

STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS
 * All classes and private sessions are by appointment only and must be paid in advance.
 * A 24 cancellation is required for all classes and sessions.
 * Cancellations with less than 24 hours or "no-shows" will be charged for the class.
 * All classes, sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  
Please make sure you can commit to an exercise program before purchasing.
 * Please arrive on time.
 * Please turn off all cell phones prior to class.
 * Please wear socks or toe socks during the class or session.
 * Please wipe down the equipment after use.
