I wanted to get back into shape and found Empowered Body Pilates on Yelp. I have now been going for three months and have had good results and a great experience with Nicole and Beverly. I started out in the group mat classes where Nicole is very hands-on, helpful, and knows how to tailor moves to each individual. Following several positive group classes, I enrolled in private training classes once a week with Beverly. The sessions are incredibly helpful and I have been able to see progress in both my ability to do the moves and in my physique. Thank you, Empowered Body Pilates, for helping me through this journey.

I've been going to Empowered Body Pilates for several months and love it. I started doing classical pilates about 10 years ago, and have trained with a number of instructors in NY and SF. Nicole's classes are amazing for any level, and group classes are small enough to provide attention to each student. Nicole's training in ballet is such a unique plus and really adds to her skill set as an instructor. I've taken several classes with Beverly, and she's the perfect compliment to Nicole. The classes provide technical training in pilates for all levels, and also a great workout and stretch. The studio is new and very clean, the environment is very friendly and the other students are fun and not competitive. It's really quite perfect.
